The best quality bras have built-in silicone gel pads and all you need to do is to wear it as you would any other bra. These bras come in many sizes and you can pick one based on whatever cup size you want. These can cost over $100 but the fit and the natural feeling is well worth the investment.
- The next option is to buy the silicone enhancers that cost less than the bra but still will go for about $150. However, you can use them with any regular bra.
- Of course, you can always buy a foam-padded bra that is much less expensive but does not give the profile of silicone gel pads and you can go only one cup size bigger in most cases. Similarly, you can foam pads also separately at any online lingerie store (generally under accessories or model secrets section).
- Finally, if you just want to stuff your bra without spending anything, our experts suggest that the two-bra method. You wear a bra and stuff it with either scarves (if only a slight increase is desired) or with a hand towel (if a large increase in size is desired), and the wear another bra on top to keep everything in place.
